World of Warcraft has come to Diablo 4 in a big way, with the Celestial Steed mount bundle and new WoW lore character transmog sets for each class now available in the ARPG. Players can pick up these World of Warcraft cosmetic sets in the Diablo 4 cash shop right now for $28, or $25 for the mount bundle.
As two of Blizzard’s biggest franchises, Warcraft and Diablo are no strangers to one another. World of Warcraft has held multiple crossover events in the past, including one for the release of Diablo 4. Meanwhile, Diablo 4 previously sold World of Warcraft’s Invincible mount in the cash shop, letting players dress up their horses like the Lich King's iconic steed.

Now, Diablo 4 and World of Warcraft are crossing over once more. Five new cosmetic outfits, one for every current class in Diablo 4, have been added to Tejal’s Shop. Each set is inspired by an iconic character from World of Warcraft – Varian Wrynn for Barbarian, Xavius for Druid, Xal’atath for Necromancer, Sylvanas for Rogue, and Kael’thas for Sorcerer – and each bundle even includes the weapon wielded by the heroes and villains. The Celestial Steed, the first mount ever added to the WoW cash shop, has also made its way to Diablo 4 in a bundle that includes a mount skin, armor, and two trophies. The outfit bundles are $28 each, while the Celestial Steed sells for $25.

Unfortunately, there are no accompanying in-game events for these new cosmetics, and all of them are a part of costly bundles in Tejal’s shop, meaning fans will have to spend real money if they want to get any of these WoW-themed items. That said, they are all of impressive quality, and even include some special particle effects, such as Kael’thas’s Verdant Spheres or the Celestial Steed’s transparent wings that appear during its dash animation. Many of the class transmogs also include special markings that can be used individually, such as the Xavius and Xal'atath's tattoos or Sylvanas' undead skin tone.
Diablo Immortal recently wrapped up a crossover event of its own on July 26. In Shadow of the Frozen Throne, Diablo Immortal players collected cosmetics inspired by Wrath of the Lich King through a series of in-game events, with more items available in the in-game store. Fans also discovered models for Frostmourne in Diablo 4’s files as well, though they do not appear to be a part of this particular crossover.
Either way, it is fitting that Diablo 4 and World of Warcraft are crossing over in this way, as both games are getting an expansion release soon. World of Warcraft: The War Within launches on August 26, while Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred comes out on October 8.
